Tucked between Kashmir and Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh has as much to offer as its famous neighbors. One such small and hidden place in Himachal is Bir. The hidden town of Bir is more known today for its tea gardens, Tibetan culture, monastery, and Para-gliding. Bir is the place of the history of the ancient Bara-Banghal Kingdom. Bir was the southern outpost of the kingdom, which was centered between the Dhauladhars and the Pir Panjal Range. Stretched from Bir in the south-east to Chamba in the west and Lahaul to the north. With a mixed population of a few thousand Indians and Tibetans. It is such a quiet place in Himachal that you will have an impactful effect on your mind for a long time.
