Stay Healthy are the two most important words at the moment. If we want to travel somewhere right now, we have to think about our health first. Not only traveling but also our daily life and staying healthy are very important to us. Many people think that I have Mediclaim so I have no reason to worry if I get sick for any reason. It is more important to take care of our health than it to be Mediclaim. The most important thing for us to travel somewhere during this pandemic is to keep ourselves healthy. It’s never fun to fall sick when you’re on holiday.

Stay Healthy it should be in the head all the time
When it comes to travel, we think a lot. where should I sit, what should I eat, where should I stay, how much protection should I take, how much protection should I not take? There is no reason to feel tensed about yourself. One thing we have to keep in mind is that we have to stay healthy anyway. And this is what we need to do during our travel.
Visit your doctor before and after your travel.
You need to visit your doctor before and after travel. And it is very important to take the advice of a doctor before travelling somewhere. And even after returning from travel, whether you have any physical problems or not, it is important to seek medical advice. In many parts of India, if a doctor’s prescription is more than a month old, you may find difficulties to get the required medicines.

Maintain personal hygiene
Follow simple personal hygiene practices when you’re on your holiday, such as washing your hands regularly. It is good to carry some wet wipes, tissues, sanitizer, soap and face wash, etc to keep yourself clean. You can also carry a small towel and extra undergarments in case you need to take a shower or change somewhere.
A daily cleanser ensures that your skin is not dirty, doesn’t have any impurities and pollutants. A good moisturizer is also required to keep your skin hydrated. More so, a good SPF sunscreen is also vital to carry. Your sunscreen will go a long way to take care of your skin texture.
Don’t try to see the entire city in one day. If you plan to do a lot in a big city, consider staying longer to slow down your pace and spread your itinerary. You’ll also get to know the area more instead of just being able to say that you’ve “been there.” Be active and roam the streets, but don’t overdo it. Take plenty of breaks in between.
Keep Yourself Hydrated
It’s easy to forget to drink enough water when you’re travelling, and this can lead to dehydration. It’s paramount to remember to drink plenty of fluids, even if this means using an app to remind you! Also try to eat foods that will energize your body, such as fresh fruits, and veggies.
Working Out While Travelling
Even a workout for some minutes will help you feel energized. You can do a mix of squats, lunges, planks, jumps, push-ups, luggage rows, crunches, reverse crunches. Even the bare minimum of exercise should help. You can do breathing exercises anywhere and anytime. Take a deep breath, hold it and exhale. Repeat. It helps you relax and counter the stress of traveling.
Get enough sleep
The most important thing you can do while travelling is to sleep. Your body needs rest when you’re physically travelling. Making sure you’re getting enough hours of sleep is important in helping you stay healthy.

Eat Healthy While Travelling
Don’t skip breakfast and go straight to lunch. Just don’t. Travellers who want to eat healthy while travelling they should plan. When heading out on daily tours, make sure you carry some fruit and nuts with you too much throughout the day. It’s natural to want to eat a lot of the local food you come across, but keep an eye out for the hygiene and cleanliness of your food.
Use Your Hand Sanitizer
Sanitisers come handy when water and soap aren’t available, which can happen quite frequently when travelling. You’ve been walking all day and coming into contact with people, things, doors etc. And the last thing you want to do is eat with dirty hands. Prevent the spread of germs and bacteria by cleaning your hands, especially before and/or after a meal.
